Offerings
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, which targets deep fascia and connective tissue in the body. It incorporates principles of Chinese medicine and meridians. We hold the postures for longer periods of time, usually between 3-7 minutes. This allows us to fully rest and radically feel into our felt sense of Self.
Meditation & Pranayama
Focus your mind and ground into your sense of being with guided meditations and pranayama (breathing practices.) In meditation, we are learning to anchor our awareness in the present moment, on and off the mat. We can learn to lower our stress levels, get to know our pain, and improve our focus.
Experiences
I offer retreats & workshops throughout Mexico to reconnect your mind, body, and soul. When you join an experience, you will learn to go within & gain the tools to obtain more clarity on how you want to live your life going forward. You will leave the experience with a newfound appreciation and gratitude, and know deeply that you are capable & loved.

Retreats in Mexico
I offer monthly yoga retreats, as well as workshops to help you step into your highest potential. Workshops are offered locally in Jalisco, Mexico & retreats are offered throughout the country.
